If you’re looking for a home inspector, I highly recommend Brian Simmons with ABC Property Inspectors LLC! He was incredibly thorough and professional, while also being easy to work with and great at explaining everything in a way that actually made sense to us.As people with no expertise in home inspections, we really appreciated that he explained not only what he found, but why it mattered, what could potentially happen down the road, and what we should keep an eye on. He answered all of our questions and never made us feel rushed. The inspection was very detailed, the walkthrough was extremely helpful, and he quickly followed up with a well-organized report and photos. We left feeling much more informed and confident in our purchase. We really appreciated his patience, thoroughness, and willingness to make sure we understood everything!

Brian is so amazing at what he does! He was super professional and very informative in his report. Always open to answer any questions and keeps things simple and easy to understand. Overall WONDERFUL experience!

We were so worried about the unknowns of a new house before the inspection. Brian made sure to walk us through everything & has a great attention to detail. Thank you Brian for addressing our concerns and giving us the extra confidence to buy our new home!
